My wife bought this one as a gift to me after she saw the articles talking about microwave is not healthy since I bring lunch everyday. It works very well, If she cook around the morning, and put the food in, then it is even warm during afternoon (of course I won't let it hold that long :)) It even has a chopstick inside.
