This box held up well to travel, and it's latches seem to work well. The seal in the lid does it's job holding liquidy foods in even when tipped up on end or on it's side. The only complaint is that the little inner dividers don't go all the way up to touch the lid, which would be an awesome improvement for this series of bento boxes. (Also, as it turns out, the little bag can hold two of thses boxes stacked, so you can pack two lunches in one bag!)
