I work at a mall and was getting sick of eating McDonalds every day, so I saw the reviews and decided to try this thing out. The soup bowl holds about half a can of Progresso or Campbell's Chunky, the main dish bowl is great for rice side dishs or pastas, the two upper bowls are great as well. The smallest is great for a dessert if you've got a sweet tooth like me. It actually holds a lot of food, I usually have left overs, and I'm eating a lot healthier than when I was getting two double cheeseburgers and whatever else.
After seeing it for the first time, one of the owner's friend asked me to pick one up for him because he thought it would be perfect for him at the construction site.
Only down is that it's not dishwasher safe, but it's such a quick clean up it's not much of one.
Some of the other reviewers said they didn't get english instructions, however I did so this might've been fixed.
